As expected from a place such as this no manager ever came to talk to us, and we were offered to have our room sprayed with pesticide. At first they tried to brush off our concern and we could see them avoiding us as we stood waiting for their “manager” for about an hr. So we decided to walk to the conceruge service and and explained what exactly happened. We called the front upset but none of the front desk was willing to help. Well 10 min go by no one came at this point the roach was went underneath the sick and disappeared. We threw a towel of it and called front desk to have someone remove it from the room. We first saw a large cockroach in the bathroom mid day- it was about 3cm long and had wings.
